Me mude de Uruguay a Noruega con ellos. La verdad el nivel de profesionalismo que manejaron a la hora de empacar mis cosas, es inpresionante. Veloces, detallistas y muy amables. Todo llego sano y por inventario. Mama vio todo el proceso yo ya estaba aca, pero me llegaron ayer las cosas y pude ver en la manera que envolvieron la dedicacion del equipo por cuidar las cosas. Los super recomiendo!!!! 👌

A tip for everyone… no matter which Logistic company you use in your home country .. they work with Uruvan in Urugay and they are notorious for “things disappearing”… I definitely did not receive everything that left Germany here in Urugay and I have so far three people who are missing things too. The problem is that they bring in the stuff with three, four people and do not give you the time to check things off… later slowly by slowly you discover .., “oh I had this and that … where is it?” The best is to seal each and every box with a seal that they can’t forge and to NOT accept ANY box with a broken seal. Also put valuable pans, pots and kitchenware in specific boxes AND open them and check the content even if they start to complain. Best is to have a number on each box and the content list in your hand - check off the things. Invite friends and neighbors to help … one needs to outnumber THEM . It is very sad that this happens, and I feel sorry that the image of an entire country is suffering because of one company but do your homework and you will be fine.Leer más

The most unpleasant experience of my life. Communication with customers is completely lacking. A month after picking up my luggage, I am told that I still have to pay a difference in money. Conditionally I pay, but I didn't receive the luggage even after a month and a half. Communication, promptness, professionalism, honesty are unknown words for the employees of Uruvan transport Uruguay Ltda. Avoid contracting the services they offer.And for the inconvenience to continue, I had to pay 250 euros in airport taxes. Avoid this pseudo-company Uruvan TRANSPORT Uruguay . Run away from this kind of people, especially Marcela Pons.
